This Year’s Award Winners
The truth is that all of our incredible employees deserve to be recognized for their hard work and effort. We could only choose three to receive this year’s awards though, so join us in our appreciation for their service. And the award goes to…
Technician of the Year – Chad
Our success depends on many things, but the core of our business is the in-home service provided by our expert appliance repair technicians. Chad stood out this past year by leading our service department in a number of key areas.
When we looked back on 2018, Chad not only led our technician’s roster in revenue produced, but he consistently resolved each customer’s problems in a professional manner. His customer service is always outstanding, and our entire team agrees that he’s an absolute pleasure to work with.
For all of these reasons and more, we’re proud to award Chad as 2018’s technician of the year.
Most Improved Employee – Andrej
We make every effort to take notice of the progress and achievements of our employees, and no one improved their performance and value in 2018 more than Andrej. His commitment to going above-and-beyond for each customer is admirable and much appreciated by us.
Andrej has continuously shown tremendous growth in both his technical and customer service skills. As he’s progressed, he’s taken on additional duties and responsibilities, and he always rises to the task.
That’s why we’re so grateful and happy to be able to name Andrej as D&T’s most improved employee of the year.
CSR of the Year – Joe F.
Even if you have the best technicians in the industry (which we do), no appliance repair business can be successful without first-rate CSRs. After all, customer service is a cornerstone in any service company, and Joe’s performance in 2018 was unsurpassed.
Not only does Joe go the extra mile for our customers, but he has a unique ability to think outside of the box to find solutions to difficult problems and situations. And when it comes to working with him in our office, no one brings a more upbeat, positive attitude each and every day.
Joe has truly earned his award for 2018’s customer service representative of the year.
